Hoops and mountains
I am very fortunate to have come back from a three week trip around the western part of Canada. And of course I took my hoop! From Jasper, to Banff, to the mountains, forests and glaciers, the scenery is jaw dropping. I made a little hoop video to show you just how gorgeous it is!
Calgary hoop community
I was also lucky enough to teach 2 workshops in Calgary thanks to the help of Hoop Di Do founder Kelly. I taught “Pick Up Tricks” and “Finding Your Flow” and I was so impressed with the great level of skill as well as the openness and willingness to learn of all of the students who came along. I want to go back and do it all again!
