Since 2008, we at LiveLoveHoop have been sharing our love of hula hooping with the world. We believe anyone can enjoy the incredible health and wellbeing benefits that hooping has to offer, whether you’re 4 or 94.

Our founder – Jo Mondy
Jo Mondy started hooping in Australia in 2007 and her love of the hoop encouraged her to pack in her day job, get her hoop teacher training certification and start her company LiveLoveHoop.
She moved to the UK in 2010 and has since taught thousands of students how to hula hoop and built a strong and vibrant local hoop community in Brighton, England (which won Hoop Community of the year in 2013).
In 2015, Jo was named one of Brighton’s happiest residents and selected as a Brighton and Hove Happiness Champion, one of the 28 “ordinary people who go above and beyond the call of duty to put smiles on other people’s faces”. She also runs a successful hoop teacher training program inspiring hoopers from the UK and Europe to set up their own hoop businesses.
She is at the forefront of the UK and international hoop scene, teaching at Hoop Camp Retreat California, UK Hoop Gathering, SWHOOP, German Hoop Convention, Swiss Hoop Convention, Spanish Hoop Holiday, Manchester Hoop Congress and other specialised workshops around the country. She also teaches online via popular Youtube tutorials. Jo is also an established performer, who has entertained crowds in the UK, Australia, US and Europe at festivals, clubs, weddings, corporate events and private parties.
