Want to have fun while you get fit? Hula hooping is one of the fastest growing exercise and dance crazes in the UK – and it’s easier than you think!
In this two hour workshop, you’ll learn how to spin an adult hoop on your body and in your hands while building core strength and cardio fitness. And we’ll also learn a short sequence of moves that you can take away and practise at home. Hoops provided. Suitable for total beginners and those with basic experience.
