My name is Jo Mondy and I am a hoop dance performer and certified hooping teacher based in Brighton, England.
The name Live:Love:Hoop encompasses my hooping philosophy – to live in the moment, to love what you do and to maintain an attitude of gratitude at all times.
Hooping gives me so much joy and Live:Love:Hoop is a way for me to share my love of hoopdance with the world.
